We rely on a network of relationships built over years of physical presence in China's markets and manufacturing districts. For every request we research and compare at least 3 suppliers, physically visit the factory, and verify quality certifications and export history before any contract.
The majority of our requests come outside the catalogue. Tell us the product description, specifications, and target quantity, and our field team will search for suitable factories and come back to you with price quotes within business days.
Always. We conduct a documented field visit with photos and video, checking production capacity, quality certificates, equipment condition, and workforce. We do not sign a contract with a factory we have not seen with our own eyes for high-value orders.
There is no universal minimum — it depends on the product type and factory. Some factories accept very small quantities, especially in Yiwu and Guangzhou markets. We guide you to the most suitable factory for your order size rather than turning you away.
Pricing

Terrace fees are transparent and agreed upon in advance in the contract. They are typically a percentage of order value or a fixed fee depending on service scope. You receive the full original factory invoice — no hidden margins built into the product price.
We accept international bank transfers (SWIFT) and local Saudi riyal transfers. Everything is fully documented through official company contracts. We do not accept informal or undocumented payments.
Yes, a deposit is typically required to cover sourcing and production costs with the factory. The percentage ranges from 30% to 50% of order value depending on size and type, with the balance due upon shipment verification or delivery.
We deal in Saudi Riyal with our clients in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. Payments to Chinese suppliers are made in Yuan or US dollars depending on the factory, and we manage exchange rates with full transparency.

Yes, we provide air, sea and land freight services, along with customs clearance and insurance.
Sea freight typically takes 20–30 business days from Guangzhou to Jeddah or Dammam port. Air freight is much faster: 5–8 business days depending on weight and airport. Add customs clearance time which ranges from 2 days to a week.
Sea freight is much cheaper and ideal for heavy goods or large quantities but is slower. Air freight is faster and better for lightweight goods or urgent orders, but its cost per ton is significantly higher. We help you choose the most suitable option based on your needs and timeline.
Yes, we handle full customs clearance procedures at Saudi and Gulf ports. We manage the complete documentation file — commercial invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin — and coordinate with local customs agents to ensure smooth delivery without surprises.
We provide real-time shipment tracking and notify you immediately of any delay with an alternative plan. For insured goods, we follow up on compensation with the insurance company. The pre-shipment field inspection documentation prevents most damage issues from arising in the first place.
